Building on Beginning Journalism, this course deepens students’ understanding of journalistic writing, design, and publication, with a focus on mastery of principles.
Experiences
Students continue to engage in journalistic experiences at a higher level, culminating in the production of the school’s yearbook, but with added depth and complexity.
Leadership Roles
The course emphasizes student leadership, allowing students to take on editorial roles and responsibilities to make significant creative decisions and organize younger staffers.
Community Mentorship
